The Self-Love Diet Journal

Writing is an invaluable source of healing. Writing can bring clarity to feelings and issues that seem confusing. Writing allows us a release valve, sort of like a tea kettle when it whistles. Once we write it out, we don’t have to carry it in our bodies. I hope you’ll use the Love Warrior Community Self-Love Journal as a positive tool towards Self-Love.
