Are you up for meeting the challenge of writing a self-love post once a week in the month of August?
Writing a minimum of once a week about how you love yourself through the 7 strands of the Self-Love Diet will help you to stay focused on your personal growth. Healing happens when you commit to practicing self-love. Writing about your practice is one way to take action on this commitment.
I invite you to write once each week and submit your thoughts on your self-love journey to share with the Love Warrior Community this month. By sharing your journey, you will start a conversation about things others can do to feel more confident and loving towards themselves.
